From March 10 to 12, 2026, Hennecke will present its latest innovations at JEC World in Paris, located in Hall 5, Booth G103. The international flagship trade show for composite materials provides the perfect platform for Hennecke to showcase clearly defined technological priorities for industrial composite manufacturing to its global customer base.
A Signal of Continuity and Long-Term Outlook
As the newest member of the Brückner Group, Hennecke has been part of a globally active, long-term oriented corporate group since early 2026. For Hennecke’s customers, this step primarily ensures reliability and continuity. The existing product and solution portfolio for composite applications will remain unchanged. At the same time, the new constellation opens additional opportunities for collaboration.
"The trade show is the ideal setting for us to introduce ourselves as a new member of the Brückner Group. We invite our customers and part-ners to visit our booth, learn more about the resulting new opportunities, and discuss them directly with our experts.“
JENS WINIARZ, SENIOR DIRECTOR SALES METERING & COMPOSITES
Taking Flooding Technology to the Next Level
A central focus of the trade show appearance is the further development of overmolding technology. Hennecke is systematically transitioning its proven STREAMLINE technology into a modular design. The goal is a globally scalable solution that can be flexibly adapted to regional market requirements.
As part of the company’s local-for-local strategy, these modules will be manufactured directly in their respective target markets. Customers will benefit from shorter supply chains, increased competitiveness, and stronger integration with local partners. The overmolding modules are designed so they can be integrated directly into injection molding machines, rather than operating solely as external auxiliary units.
In addition to established collaborations – such as with manufacturer Yizumi – Hennecke is continuously developing new partnerships with international companies. The aim is to make the technology widely accessible and seamlessly integrable into various machine platforms.
Overmolding technology offers significant advantages over traditional coating processes: it eliminates solvent-based workflows and is completely VOC-free, enabling more environmentally friendly and sustainable production. At the same time, the process unlocks new functionalization options. Elements such as integrated heating, capacitive controls, or special lighting effects can be incorporated directly into the component surface in a single processing step.
Automation for High-Volume Production in Aviation and Drone Technology
Another highlight at JEC World 2026 focuses on applications in aviation and drone manufacturing. Hennecke enables highly automated production processes specifically tailored for light-weight aerospace construction. High-Pressure RTM and Wet-Compression-Molding processes serve as key technologies for fast and reproducible production. These methods are ideal for manufacturing lightweight, structurally resilient fiber composite components in high volumes.
The rapidly growing drone market benefits in particular. Applications range from structural wing components to chassis elements for unmanned aerial systems. The emphasis lies on high production speed and the capability for industrial-scale mass production. With these solutions, Hennecke strategically targets international markets where scalable manufacturing concepts are in especially high demand.
Proven Composite Expertise Through Direct Dialogue
In addition to the two main technological focus areas, visitors to the booth will have access to experts covering the full range of Hennecke’s established production processes. Through personal conversations, they provide insights into customized solutions tailored to each customer’s specific challenges. JEC World 2026 thus offers the ideal environment for comprehensive exchange on current and future requirements of modern composite manufacturing processes.
