亨内基软泡生产线迎来了控制模块的全面升级，将由FOAMWARE取代PDE成为新一代控制系统。与之前使用的控制系统PDE相比，FOAMWARE在效率和易用性上均有大踏步的提升。主要体现在以下几个方面
1. 配方管理
配方主要指生产过程中各个组分（材料）之间的投入比例。在PDE系统中配方的创建方法是单一的。而在FOAMWARE中，可以通过内部或者外部网络进行配方的导入。
另外，在FOAMWARE系统当中可以根据其他组分的情况自动计算水和异氰酸酯的使用量，无需人工计算。
